The Miniature Pinscher is a headstrong, high-spirited and proud little dog. They are confident and assertive and have a mind of their own. They are best suited for an experienced pack leader as they can be difficult to train and needs someone who will be firm yet fair. The Miniature Pinscher is a big dog in a little dog body. They can be demanding and should never be spoiled rotten as they could easily become a temperamental tyrant. They should be treated like the intelligent, active and sturdy dog they are.
