The Viszla
Known mainly for their hunting prowess, the Viszla is not seen often as solely a companion dog. They are a hard working breed, capable of tracking, pointing and retrieving, obviously not a dog for the idle. In fact too little exercise and too much alone time can make them hyperactive and destructive and even prone to obsessive-compulsive behaviours. They needs to be worked, both mentally and physically.

The Scottish Deerhound
The Scottish Deerhound has an aristocratic dignity and a quiet placid bearing. They are a tranquil dog, mild mannered and easy to live with. They are a fine choice for those looking for their first dog, as they are eager to please and easy to train. They are an obedient dog, not one to cause trouble. Training does need to be gentle with no jerking them around or yelling. They are sensitive dogs and respond best to positive reward focused training with lots of praise and patience

The Saluki
The Saluki is one of the oldest dog breeds in existence. They originally hail from the Middle East. Typical of their sighthound heritage, the Saluki can be rather high strung and skittish and is quite aloof with those they do not know.
